Muninn (pronounced “MOO-nin”), one of Oden’s ravens
Musing of Muninn
The sight of ravens immediately following a sacrifice to Odin was taken as a sign that the god had accepted the offering. A battle and its bloodshed was also considered an offering to Oden.
In Norse mythology, Huginn and Muninn are a pair of ravens that fly all over the world, Midgard, and bring information to the god Odin.
